THAW the potatoes first in the fridge. I didn't do that, and it took almost 2.5 hours to reheat in the oven, and it was watery to boot.<br><br>2. On that note, too, I made a HUGE pan of them. Not good. But, I think you have to make sure that it is PEELED before you put it in the freezer. I think it will work much better that way.
