Meal Plan Monday

It's that time again!  Here's our plan for the week:

Monday:  Grilled Steak with roasted beets, potatoes, onions and carrots (all fresh from the garden)

Tuesday:  Taco Tuesday with homemade Banana/Raspberry Smoothies

Wednesday:  Hamburgers, french fries and THIS homemade Coleslaw.  (Our neighbors gave us a HUGE cabbage from the yard!)

Thursday:  Homemade Macaroni and Cheese (in the freezer), polish sausage, and green beans (carry-over from last week)

Friday: THESE Slow Cooker Pulled Pork sandwiches served with leftover coleslaw and homemade oven fries.
